We charge a flat rate of $5 for orders of $50, $10 for orders of $100 and Free shipping for orders over $150.

Currently we do not offer pick ups.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Boba pearls are made of tapioca starch that comes from cassava roots.

Yes, our loose leaf teas and premium boba are gluten free.

Yes, you can customize the sweetness of your boba by adding more brown sugar or honey and letting it sit in your preferred sweetener longer.
We recommend steeping your teas according to the steeping instructions on the back of your tea pouch. If you prefer your teas stronger, just steep it longer or consider adding in an extra scoop. If the tea is too strong for you (after adding in ice and milk) then simply add more water to dilute the tea.
Please follow our Boba instructions provided with your kit. If you prefer a softer boba texture, simply cook the boba on medium heat for 35 minutes and let it sit covered on the stove for 35 minutes.
6 months for the boba and 1 year for the teas from the time you received the kit

APPAREL INFORMATION

Each apparel varies in material and sizing. For specific information, pls refer to the description of the item you are interested.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product. Pls refer to our sizing guide on the description of each item before ordering.
Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.
